Boeing's assembly plant in Washington, USA, produces a Boeing 737 passenger plane in just 9 days.

Boeing's Renton factory outside Seattle, Washington, churns out 42 737s a month, according to Wired. Boeing claims the 102,000-square-foot facility is the most efficient aircraft factory in the world.

The 737 is Boeing's best-selling passenger jet, with more than 9,000 delivered since its introduction in 1967. Boeing is planning to ramp up production to 47 a month next year and 57 in 2019.
