In a rare act of praise, new coach Ruben Amorim had compliments for Amad Diallo after his first training sessions with the team.

Despite only having worked together for a few days, Amorim has noticed clear progress from the Ivorian, especially in defence.

Earlier, in the 1-1 draw with Ipswich, Amorim admitted that the MU players had difficulty understanding and implementing the 3-4-3 strategy he applied, especially after only two days of training. However, with Amad Diallo, coach Amorim felt very satisfied with his concentration and progress in defense. He said: "In just three days, he has improved a lot in defense. Amad showed high concentration, especially in marking the opponent's left-back."

Amorim believes that Amad's task is easier when he only needs to follow the opponent and join the attack with him, helping him focus more on the 1-on-1 defensive task. This progress has helped the 21-year-old player score points with coach Amorim, and could be a sign of a brighter future at MU.

With the changes in training methods, Amorim hopes that Amad Diallo will continue to develop and become an important part of his tactical system. MU's next match will be against Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League on November 29, and fans are waiting for Amad to continue to show his progress on the pitch.
