This is also a policy for Vietnamese goods to regain the initiative at home. Currently, the encouraging trend is that consumers increasingly appreciate Vietnamese goods. In many localities, textiles, footwear and leather products are favored by up to 80% of people, while food and vegetables are favored by over 50% of people... Consumers are interested in choosing Vietnamese goods because of their clear origin, the trend of choosing foreign goods has decreased significantly.
At the conference, members pointed out the shortcomings of the campaign that need to be overcome, such as some organizations and industry units have not paid due attention to directing the implementation of the campaign in their industry and locality. Propaganda and promotion of product image, quality and price have not been focused on.
The campaign committee also set out 9 key tasks for 2013, of which propaganda work is a key focus.
