(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 10, 2014, at the People's Council Office, an online conference was held to summarize the mass mobilization work in 2013 and deploy tasks for 2014.

The conference was chaired by Comrade Le Hong Anh - Politburo member - Standing member of the Secretariat; Ha Thi Khiet - Secretary of the Party Central Committee - Head of the Central Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission. At Nghe An bridge, Comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission chaired the conference.

Over the past year, mass mobilization work has contributed to mobilizing all classes of people to unite, reach consensus, promote patriotic emulation movements, and successfully implement state planning targets. Many important resolutions have been issued in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure). Mass mobilization work, especially the implementation of the "skillful mass mobilization" movement, has been affirmed in Resolution No. 25-NQ/T.Ư of the Central Committee (11th tenure), in building new rural areas, which has maximized the people's mastery and responsibility.

In Nghe An, in 2013, authorities at all levels continued to have appropriate and effective policies and solutions in management and administration; promoted and improved the effectiveness of government mass mobilization work, reformed administrative procedures, and implemented the Grassroots Democracy Regulations. Up to now, the whole province has built 3,212 "smart mass mobilization" models, of which 360 models were directed by district-level mass mobilization; 2,852 models were directed by commune-level mass mobilization.

Next year, the mass mobilization sector will continue to advise the Party Central Committee, Party committees at all levels to lead the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations to focus on the grassroots. Concluding the conference, comrade Le Hong Anh affirmed that mass mobilization work belongs to the entire political system, he highly appreciated the achievements of the Mass Mobilization Committees at all levels in the past year. However, there are still some limitations such as in some places and at times, the work of mobilizing people still focuses on applying administrative procedures, some civil servants still harass and cause trouble for the people. In the coming time, he hopes that the Mass Mobilization Committees at all levels need to continue to propagate the Party's Resolutions such as Resolution No. 7 of the Central Committee, develop specific plans to guide the strict implementation of the regulations and rules of the Party and the State, especially the Resolutions on mass mobilization work, focusing on Resolution No. 25 of the Central Committee. Proactively advise Party committees at all levels on appropriate policies and measures for mass mobilization work in the new situation... In particular, the Mass Mobilization Committees at all levels continue to promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, promote the emulation movement of "skillful mass mobilization" and patriotic emulation movements to successfully implement the goals and tasks set forth by the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress.

In the afternoon, the conference listened to the topics of 3 years of implementing the Resolution of the National Party Congress on mass mobilization work; the topic of the work of the Fatherland Front and people's organizations in 2013; the topic of ethnic work in 2013; the topic of religious work in 2013; the topic of skillful mass mobilization... From there, creating a great national unity bloc, helping people stabilize their lives.
