Comrade Le Xuan Dai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee chaired the meeting.
According to the report of the Department of Construction, up to this point, after nearly a year of implementing Decision No. 22 on housing support for people with revolutionary contributions, the whole province has carried out the renovation and repair of 954 houses (reaching 93.71%) according to the plan of 2013. In addition, 45 other houses are being built. However, the total budget allocated for support has only reached 18,304.1 / 34,793.1 million VND, of which the central budget is 16,400 million VND, the provincial budget is 1,904.1 million VND. The province has disbursed 16,865 million VND (reaching 92.08%).

To implement the project, the implementation is still facing many difficulties because in addition to the 13,572 households approved in the project, the districts have added 13,274 other households, bringing the total number of houses that need to be renovated and repaired to 26,846 with about more than 815 billion VND. In the coming time, to speed up the implementation progress, comrade Le Xuan Dai requested the members of the provincial steering committee to promptly urge localities to promptly complete, accept, and hand over all 1,018 houses according to the assigned targets in 2013. Check the review of subjects in localities to ensure the correct procedures and subjects. At the same time, the province will establish an inspection team, absolutely not allowing the situation of taking advantage of the policy to fake or deceive. Strive to complete the dossier by the end of July to send to the Ministry of Construction according to the new supplement plan.
