At the beginning of the meeting, on behalf of the delegation of the 13th National Assembly, constituency No. 2, Mr. Tran Van Hang informed the voters of the 3 communes about some contents of the program of the 3rd session of the 13th National Assembly, scheduled to take place from May 21 to June 21, 2012. This session will assess the socio-economic development situation in 2011 and the first months of 2012. It is expected that the National Assembly will also pass 13 draft laws and give opinions on 7 draft laws.



Mr. Tran Van Hang informed voters of the three communes of Chau Phong, Chau Hoan, and Dien Lam about some contents of the third session of the 13th National Assembly.

At the meeting, voters of the three communes of Chau Phong, Chau Hoan, and Dien Lam made recommendations to the National Assembly delegation to resolve difficulties in the local economy, culture, and society. Specifically, voters of the communes recommended that the State have a plan to allocate capital to build inter-commune roads; build a dam system to provide water for daily life and irrigation for people in the commune; continue to implement programs 134 and 135 to support mountainous areas; subsidize goods for ethnic minorities in mountainous areas; support seedlings to help the local economy develop; In addition, voters of the three communes also recommended that the authorities build a national power grid in these three communes to improve the quality of people's lives; and create conditions to create jobs for local children.

The National Assembly delegation will synthesize and forward voters' opinions to the upcoming 3rd session of the 13th National Assembly.
