National Assembly Deputies meet voters of Chi Khe commune (Con Cuong)

(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, July 10, the XIII Provincial National Assembly Delegate, Constituency No. 1, led by Ms. Vi Thi Huong - Deputy Director of the Southwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital, had a meeting with voters of 3 villages: Lien Dinh, Trung Dinh, Nam Dinh, Chi Khe commune, Con Cuong district.

On behalf of the provincial National Assembly delegation, Ms. Vi Thi Huong reported to voters the results of the 3rd Session of the 13th National Assembly.

Voters from Lien Dinh, Trung Dinh, and Nam Dinh villages in Chi Khe commune also made recommendations to the provincial National Assembly delegation on issues such as: In Chi Khe commune, the electricity sector is using a number of power lines initially built by the commune's people but have not yet been returned to the people. Some power lines are overloaded and degraded. Compensation for site clearance of some traffic routes has been documented but disbursement and payment are slow. Voters proposed to reduce the age of receiving the elderly regime from 80 to 75 years old. They requested that competent authorities have policies to support the regime for cadres working in the people's inspection work and veterinary cadres in villages and hamlets. They requested that the National Assembly study, consider, and resolve so that cadres and civil servants working in the communes of Luc Da, Yen Khe, Chi Khe, and Bong Khe of Con Cuong district can enjoy the regime according to Decision 116/CP of the Prime Minister.

Voters proposed to increase allowances for village cadres and village cadres who have worked for a long time and are entitled to retirement benefits. Currently, full-time staff of the Family Planning and Population Department working at the commune health station is not suitable, so there should be a plan to transfer them to work at the commune People's Committee headquarters for easier management. Voters of Chi Khe commune also proposed some contents on social policies such as: increasing the allowance level for policy beneficiaries, former Youth Volunteers; and victims of Agent Orange.

On behalf of the 13th National Assembly Delegation, Constituency No. 1, Ms. Vi Thi Huong received and explained the opinions and recommendations of voters from the three villages of Lien Dinh, Nam Dinh, and Trung Dinh. The provincial National Assembly Delegation will summarize and submit to the National Assembly for consideration in the next session for issues beyond its authority.
