As of July 30, 2011, the province had disbursed 941,188 million VND/957,122 million VND of Government bond capital, reaching a rate of 98.34%.

As of July 30, 2011, the province had disbursed 941,188 million VND/957,122 million VND of Government bond capital, reaching a rate of 98.34%.
However, due to inflation (from 2007 to present), with the allocated capital and locally mobilized capital, the Provincial People's Committee has only approved investment in 4,766/7,665 classrooms as planned (reaching 62.18%) and 945 public service rooms, equivalent to 30,240 m2/91,800 m2 as planned, reaching 32.94%. Thus, there are currently 2,899 classrooms (37.82% of the plan) and 61,560 m2 of public service houses (67.06% of the plan) that cannot be invested in construction due to lack of capital.
