The name of the Resolution itself sets very high requirements for awareness and action on Party building and rectification work in the current situation.

The name of the Resolution itself sets very high requirements for awareness and action on Party building and rectification work in the current situation.

The Resolution affirms that if we do not correct the limitations, weaknesses, and shortcomings in Party building work and do not carry out urgent issues in Party building work, it will be a challenge to the Party's leadership role and the survival of the regime.


The first urgent issue, and also the weakness, limitation, and major shortcomings, raised in the Party building work that the Resolution pointed out is that a large number of cadres and Party members, including those in leadership and management positions, including some senior cadres, have degraded in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle. The Resolution clearly states that the target of the Party building and rectification work this time is not limited to cadres and Party members in general, but the target that needs more attention is the team of leaders and managers at all levels, including senior Party cadres, including a group of leaders and managers who hold large amounts of assets and capital of the collective and the State.

Leaders and managers are the leaders, holding leading positions in organizations, agencies, units, levels and sectors. They are the ones who have important roles and positions in ensuring prestige, building image,

create capacity and strength of organizations, agencies, units, and sectors; be the backbone of the political system to undertake and pioneer in implementing and promoting the capacity and fighting strength of the Party.

However, in recent times, the authorities, the press and the public have discovered and brought to light many cases of wrongdoing and violations in the implementation of the Party's policies and the State's laws. There are "many bad apples" among the cadres and managers at all levels. If we do not stop them in time, and let them be everywhere, no one can be sure that a disaster will not occur.

In fact, the cases of wrongdoing and violations by leaders and managers show that most of them were previously people who had been trained and strived well, were trusted by the Party and the people and were entrusted with important responsibilities and positions. However, when they had positions, positions, held leadership and management positions, even held leadership positions at high levels, many people fell into selfish individualism, opportunism, pragmatism, chasing fame, money, competing for position, localism, corruption, waste, bureaucracy, arbitrariness, lack of principles... From being the core, the typical representative factor of the movement, the root of the movement, the process of them straying from the responsibilities and duties of cadres and party members before the Party and the people has turned them into "worms" who commit crimes against the country and the people; They became the ones who damaged the spirit, destroyed revolutionary morality, and seriously affected the prestige of the Party and the regime.

Therefore, in order to contribute to the implementation of the most central, consistent and urgent issue in the current Party building work, in addition to the grassroots Party organizations of all levels, sectors, agencies, units and localities implementing groups of solutions to overcome and correct limitations, weaknesses and shortcomings, each leader and manager needs to seriously review and re-evaluate their own perceptions and actions, self-criticize and review their own political ideology, ethics and lifestyle. Cadres and Party members, especially heads of levels, sectors, agencies, units and collectives, need to uphold the pioneering and exemplary spirit, regularly cultivate, practice and set an example in ethics and lifestyle, and practice what they preach. And, the important thing that each cadre and Party member, especially leaders and managers, should do is to review their responsibilities and duties in their current positions before the Party and the people. Cadres and party members must never forget their responsibilities and duties to the Party and the people.
