(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 29, the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council conducted a supervision at Dai Dong Notary Office, Thanh Chuong district on the organization and operation of notary organizations.

Representative of Dai Dong Notary Office raised some difficulties and problems in the notarization and certification activities of the office.

Dai Dong Civil Service Office, Thanh Chuong District, has changed from a notary office established by one notary public as a private enterprise to a notary office established by two notaries public as a partnership company under the law. The facilities, equipment and staff at the two offices meet the requirements for performing tasks according to the law. The implementation of notarization and certification activities at the office ensures compliance with the law and ensures the rights of organizations and individuals, meeting customer satisfaction with public services. The quality of law enforcement in notarization activities is carried out quite strictly. However, at present, because the authority to notarize and certify contracts and transactions has not been transferred from the People's Committee at the commune level, the office's operations are very difficult, and revenue is not enough to cover expenses.

Besides sharing the difficulties of Dai Dong Notary Office, the delegation of the Provincial People's Council also hopes that the office will continue to strive to improve, and at the same time, request the District People's Committee to pay attention to creating all favorable conditions for Dai Dong Notary Office to operate effectively, because this is a public service, not simply a pure enterprise.
