The content of the dispatch clearly states: Implementing Decision No. 414 dated March 7, 2015 on the establishment of the Inspection Team to inspect non-public medical and pharmaceutical establishments, the Inspection Team has inspected a number of medical and pharmaceutical establishments in Vinh city.
The results showed that 5 establishments violated the regulations, as follows: 02 establishments without licenses, closed before the delegation arrived, address 48 Chu Van An Street and 59 Nguyen Truong To Street; 01 establishment without a license, the owner was absent, address 96 Doc Thiet Street; 01 establishment with address 33 Dinh Cong Trang Street, the license was revoked but still operating, the delegation made a record to suspend the operation of the establishment; 01 establishment with address 151 Le Loi Street, the owner was absent, practicing beyond the scope of expertise, the signboard was not in accordance with regulations, the Department of Health handled the matter by fining and requiring the establishment to correct the existing problems.
Implementing the regulations on assignment and decentralization of management, on the basis of the coordination regulations signed between Vinh City People's Committee and the Department of Health, the Director of the Department of Health requests the Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee to: Direct relevant units to resolutely eliminate unlicensed practice establishments (first of all, handle the establishments that the Department of Health Inspection Team has inspected, with the above address); strengthen the inspection and examination of non-public medical practice establishments, strictly handle establishments that operate in violation of regulations./.
