'Proposing to issue practical mechanisms and policies'

During my time working at the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, directly advising on the activities of the Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Council Committees, I have a deep understanding of the role and position of the Provincial People's Council. Therefore, if I am elected by voters as a delegate to the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term, I feel very honored and at the same time, I also see the responsibility that voters have entrusted me with.

From a clear understanding of the role and position of the Provincial People's Council as well as the role and tasks of a people's representative, if elected, I will strive to perform and fulfill the duties of a Provincial People's Council representative; actively participate in building a government of the people, by the people and for the people; contribute to taking care of the legitimate interests of the people; promote the people's right to mastery; carry out the political tasks of the province and Dien Chau district - where I was elected to the Provincial People's Council by the voters and people.

With the above spirit, I will focus on 5 key issues when elected by voters as a representative of the Provincial People's Council as follows:

Firstly: Regularly contact, interact and engage with voters of Dien Chau district; listen to the voices, aspirations and recommendations of voters to propose to the Provincial People's Council timely policies and solutions, meet voters' aspirations and better serve the people.

Second: Make quality contributions to deciding important issues of the Provincial People's Council. Based on close ties and practical research, I will propose to the Provincial People's Council a resolution issuance program; build policy mechanisms to meet common development requirements.

In which practical issues such as: strengthening socio-economic infrastructure, creating favorable conditions for businesses and people to develop production and business; increasingly better implementing social security policies, policies for people with meritorious services; improving the quality of people's health care; developing the economy in conjunction with environmental protection; improving working conditions for grassroots cadres, allowances for block and hamlet cadres... I will try to contribute to improving the quality of reviewing draft resolutions and policy mechanisms submitted to the Provincial People's Council so that the Provincial People's Council resolutions when issued will actually come into life.

Third: Actively participate in monitoring work, aiming to bring policies to the grassroots and to the people. Contribute with the team at all levels to propagate, guide, and implement to promote the development of the province and Dien Chau district where I am running for election in particular, contributing to improving people's lives. On the basis of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of policy mechanisms, detecting shortcomings and limitations, contributing to overcoming difficulties and obstacles, constantly improving policies, serving the people and promoting the role of the people.

Fourth: Actively grasp the reality of Dien Chau district to propose to the Provincial People's Council and relevant agencies to pay attention to removing practical difficulties and obstacles and creating mechanisms and conditions to meet the development requirements of the locality as well as the aspirations of Dien Chau district voters. I will stick with the delegation group at the candidate unit and complete the assigned tasks well, contributing to the activities of the group.

Fifth: I will continuously study, cultivate, and train my political qualities and working capacity, and fulfill my duties as a people's representative well, worthy of the trust that voters of Dien Chau district have placed in me.
