Proposing solutions to improve the quality of human resources in the province

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 5, Nghe An Association of Educational Psychology and Science held a workshop to assess the current situation and propose solutions to improve the quality of human resources in Nghe An. Representatives from many universities and colleges in the area attended and gave their opinions.

Overview of the workshop

This is one of the contents to implement the goal of Resolution 29 on "Fundamental and comprehensive innovation of Education and Training" of the 8th Conference, 11th term, Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and to develop a project on improving the quality of human resource training in the province.

At the conference, the delegates reviewed the current situation of human resources in universities, colleges and educational institutions in the province in the past year. On that basis, they proposed solutions and tasks that universities, colleges, vocational schools and vocational training schools need to overcome. In particular, focusing on the management of training institutions, the construction of facilities, the development of management staff and teachers, and the implementation of the recruitment regime for children from ethnic minority areas and remote areas. Many opinions also said that Nghe An should establish a center to forecast human resource needs to avoid unreasonable and unoriented training as in the past.
