According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on the night of September 24 and early morning of September 25, the North will welcome a northeast monsoon, causing the heat in the North to end and temperatures to drop sharply.

Mr. Le Thanh Hai, Deputy Director of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, said that the intensity of this monsoon is relatively strong, which will significantly reduce the temperature in the North.

Regarding storm number 9, this morning, September 23, after moving deep into the southern mainland of Guangdong province (China), storm number 9 weakened into a tropical depression.
At 7:00 a.m. on September 23, the center of the tropical depression was at about 23.8 degrees North latitude; 112.6 degrees East longitude, in the western part of Guangdong province (China). The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 7 (ie from 50 to 61 km per hour), gusting to level 8, level 9.
Storm circulation combined with the northeast monsoon will cause rain in the entire North, with forecasted rainfall of about 50-100mm, lasting from September 24-26.
