News from the North Central Hydrometeorological Station, due to the influence of the tropical low pressure circulation (ATNĐ) on Hon Ngu Island (Nghe An), there are strong winds of level 7, gusts of level 9, in Ky Anh (Ha Tinh), there are gusts of level 7. The North Central region has had heavy rain, some places have had very heavy rain such as Cho Trang (Nghe An) 301mm, Chu Le (Ha Tinh) 276mm, Huong Son (Ha Tinh) 271mm, Vinh City 258mm, Ha Tinh City 242mm.
