The Provincial Children's Fund in collaboration with Prudential Life Insurance Company presented 20 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to disadvantaged children in Vinh City. 50 disabled children being treated at the Children's Support Facility - Provincial Children's Fund also received gifts presented by Vietnam Investment Newspaper, each worth 300,000 VND.

This is an annual activity, inheriting and promoting the fine tradition of "helping each other" of the nation, and at the same time demonstrating the care and responsibility of the Party, the State, all levels, sectors, and socio-political organizations for child care. These meaningful Tet gifts are a great source of encouragement for children to strive to overcome difficulties in life and welcome a warm and loving Tet.

Since the beginning of 2014, Prudential has had many meaningful community activities in Nghe An such as: Sponsoring bicycles and scholarships for poor but studious students in Con Cuong district, Thai Hoa town, Quynh Luu, Nghi Loc, Anh Son, Nghia Dan, Que Phong, Vinh city, Tan Ky and Quy Hop. In addition, the Company organized congenital heart disease screening for more than 300 children in difficult circumstances in Thanh Chuong, Nam Dan, Hung Nguyen districts, free eye examination for 300 students in Quynh Luu district. Health examination and consultation for local people in Do Luong district, Thai Hoa town and Quynh Luu district. The total amount of community support of Prudential Company in Nghe An in 2014 was 400 million VND.

In recognition of Prudential's contributions to the community, especially poor children, on this occasion, the People's Committee of Nghe An province awarded a certificate of merit to Prudential Company.
