(Baonghean.vn) - With a long tradition dating back 200 years, Lien Huong vermicelli and cake village(Thanh Lien, Thanh Chuong) is famous in Cat Ngan region with 7 types of delicious cakes, full of rustic flavor. After many ups and downs, the craft village is still developing and in 2014, Lien Huong vermicelli and cake was awarded a certificate of recognition as a traditional craft village by the Provincial People's Committee.
The elders in the village said that since the day they were born, they saw their parents and grandparents making cakes and noodles. The profession continued from generation to generation.
