(Baonghean.vn) - At 8:00 p.m. on September 22, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen Trang (born in 1995, residing in Nghi Hai ward, Cua Lo town) was walking on the street in Thai Son hamlet, Nghi Thai commune (Cua Lo) when Nguyen Van Manh (born in 1985, residing in Thai Son hamlet) snatched a gold necklace worth about 8 million VND.

The police are investigating to handle.
