Medical University student drowns while practicing swimming

On the morning of June 4, Mr. Le Viet Xuong - Chairman of Nghia Khanh Commune, Nghia Dan District confirmed that a person had just drowned in the area. The victim was identified as VVH, residing in Con Hai Hamlet, Nghia Khanh Commune.

According to initial information, H. is a third-year student at Vinh Medical University returning home for summer vacation. On the afternoon of June 3, H. went to Hieu River to practice swimming. Suddenly, H. drowned, but at that time no one was passing by, so the victim was submerged in the water.

The victim's body was not found until the afternoon of the same day by local people.

Immediately afterwards, the family came to receive the body to hold a funeral according to local customs./.
