Leaders of Hung Nguyen district and Le family offer incense to commemorate comrade Le Hong Phong.
After completing the statue ceremony, Hung Nguyen district and the Le family organized incense and flower offerings to commemorate comrade Le Hong Phong according to the nation's customs and practices.
