To welcome the New Year of the Snake 2025, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province has just issued a plan and budget for organizing activities on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025. Accordingly, the province will organize fireworks to celebrate the New Year of the Snake on New Year's Eve at Dai Doan Ket Square, Pleiku City.

Shooting time is 15 minutes, from 0:00 to 0:15 on January 29, 2025 (ie New Year's Eve of the Lunar New Year).

The total budget for organizing activities to serve the Lunar New Year 2025 is more than 53.3 billion VND.

Along with that, at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, January 24 (December 25, Giap Thin year), Gia Lai province will hold a flower offering ceremony at Uncle Ho's Monument with the ethnic groups in the Central Highlands and offer incense to President Ho Chi Minh at the Uncle Ho's shrine in the Dai Doan Ket Square (Pleiku City); at 8:00 a.m. on the same day, a ceremony will be held to pay respect to heroic martyrs at the provincial martyrs' cemetery.

In addition, Gia Lai province also organized 20 working delegations led by provincial leaders to visit and give Tet gifts to organizations and individuals during the expected period from January 9 to 25 (ie from December 10 to 26 of the year of the Dragon).

Along with that, from 10:00 p.m. on January 28 to 0:15 a.m. on January 29 (the evening of December 29, the year of the Dragon and the early morning of January 1, the year of the Snake) at Dai Doan Ket Square (Pleiku City), there will be an art program and fireworks display to celebrate the Spring of the Snake 2025.
