Attending the conference were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, comrades in the Standing Committee, District Party Committee; leaders, party members of district-level agencies, departments, branches and unions and representatives of 21 communes and towns in the area.

At the conference, delegates listened to Comrade Bui Dinh Sam - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, disseminate important contents of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020. These were the topics of socio-economics; security - defense; foreign affairs and Party building and political system. In particular, the action program to implement the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020, including 11 programs and 26 approved projects, was emphasized.
