Propaganda Highlights of May: Studying and Following Uncle Ho's Example

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 29, the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Nghe An province's agencies organized a regular reporter conference for April 2016.

Attending the conference were comrades: Hoang Van Nhien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, Le Thi Kim Oanh - Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Agencies Bloc and reporters from 57 affiliated grassroots party organizations.

At the conference, the reporters learned about the customs industry's traditions, reviewed the historical significance of the day of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975), learned about the contents of the documents of the 12th National Party Congress, the important results of the 11th session of the 13th National Assembly, the implementation of the election of deputies to the 14th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 term, and some outstanding socio-economic results in April and the first 4 months of 2016.

The reporters also heard some international news such as the 7th Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba, the IMF-WB spring conference, and tensions on the Korean peninsula.

Comrade Le Thi Kim Oanh - Head of Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies spoke at the conference.

Orienting the propaganda focus in May, the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the provincial agencies requested reporters to focus on propagating the implementation of studying and thoroughly grasping the Resolution of the 12th National Congress of the Party, the election of deputies to the 14th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 term, and organizing a summary of 5 years of implementing Directive 03-CT/TW dated May 14, 2011 of the Politburo on continuing to promote studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh associated with activities commemorating the 126th anniversary of his birth.
