Floor score 2025: More than 60 universities have announced floor scores
Up to now, more than 60 universities nationwide have announced the minimum admission scores for 2025.
Pioneering schools announce floor scores and diverse admission methods
Quy Nhon University is one of the first units to announce the floor score for the Pedagogy sector. Specifically, for the method of considering the high school graduation exam scores and the competency assessment test of Hanoi National University of Education, the school offers a floor score of 18 points for the Physical Education sector, and 19 points for other Pedagogy sectors. The remaining sectors have a floor score of 15.
If considered by the results of the transcript, candidates need to achieve 18 points or more. For the capacity assessment test scores organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University, the school's floor score is 600/1200. However, the Pedagogy majors at Quy Nhon University do not consider admission by these two methods.
The Academy of Journalism and Communication has also announced the minimum scores on the 30 and 40 scale, respectively 18 and 25 points, similar to last year. The school noted that regardless of the admission method, candidates must still meet the general requirements of achieving an average grade point average of 6.5 or higher each year and good conduct.
Vietnam National University of Agriculture announced the minimum score for graduation exams from 16-21. The Environmental Science major of the academy has the highest minimum score this year. The Law major is next, with a minimum requirement of 18 points. The remaining majors have a minimum score of 16. This is the minimum score that candidates need to achieve to register for admission to the school. Compared to last year, the minimum score for most majors at Vietnam National University of Agriculture has decreased, commonly from 2-3 points.
