Over the past 5 years, Dien Chau district has built 1,134 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in all fields, of which 34 models are at the district level, 195 models at the commune and town levels, and 905 models at the hamlet, block, and school levels.

In all economic, cultural, social, defense and security fields, "Smart Mass Mobilization" models have been built. A typical example is the "Smart Mass Mobilization" model associated with the new rural construction movement, resulting in people donating over 390 hectares of land, contributing 220 billion VND and tens of thousands of working days to build new rural areas. Or the model of "All people unite to build cultural life in residential areas" in Dien Nguyen and Dien Hong communes, the model of building national standard schools in Dien Yen and Dien My communes, the model of eliminating social evils in Dien Ky and Dien Bich by the district police...

The conference also proposed 3 tasks and 8 solutions to promote the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in the period of 2015-2020 and awarded certificates of merit to 45 collectives and 40 typical individuals in the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in the period of 2010-2015.
