Dien Chau: Final round of the 2014 Senior Singing Contest

(Baognhean.vn) - Implementing the National Program on the Elderly for the period 2014-2020 and celebrating the 23rd International Day of the Elderly (October 1, 1991 - October 1, 2014), from September 20 to September 28, 2014, the Association of the Elderly and the Department of Culture and Information of Dien Chau district organized the final round of the "Elderly Singing Contest 2014" at 8 clusters throughout the district.

Through the contest, excellent performances were selected from 39 communes and towns for the district finals. Many diverse performances created an exciting, optimistic and vibrant atmosphere, attracting thousands of members to participate, encouraging the movement of living happily, living healthily, living usefully, and promoting the role of the elderly in the community.
