Dien Chau town water plant is currently invested to increase its capacity to 2,000 m3/day, promptly meeting the clean water needs of the town's residents and neighboring areas, along with developing a pipeline system to Thap - Hong - Ky Industrial Cluster, serving the production and business of enterprises.

Dien Thai Commune Water Plant - Dien Chau

Through investment capital from the state, non-governmental organizations and promoting internal resources, communes have completed the investment and put into operation clean water plants, namely Dien Thai, Dien Dong, Dien Nguyen, Dien Yen and Dien Binh. Currently, 2 communes (Dien Thap and Dien Quang) are building the plant and 2 communes (Dien Hong, Dien Minh) are preparing to invest in construction.

In the coming time, Dien Chau will focus on attracting investment in building water plants with suitable capacity to meet the needs of production, business and daily life of the people, ensuring that by 2020, 85-90% of rural households will have access to clean water according to the standards of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; 80% of the urban population will have access to clean water.
