Dien Chau guides the construction and adjustment of the B plan system

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 14, Dien Chau organized a training course to guide the development and adjustment of the system of document plans and defense combat plans (Plan B) for district-level departments, branches and organizations in 2015.

At the training session, the district's departments, branches and organizations were instructed to develop and adjust 43 types of planning documents. Of which, the Government sector includes 32 types and the Party and Organization sector includes 11 types of documents. In order to develop the plan, departments, branches and organizations will be thoroughly aware of the important position of the system of documents and plans in defense operations, and have a firm grasp of the content, methods and regulations in drafting documents.

Overview of the training class

After the training is implemented, the district departments, branches and unions will develop and complete the adjustment of each unit's plan. It is expected that the plan will be approved by the Steering Committee before August 28.

The implementation of the construction and adjustment of the entire system of plan B documents of district-level departments, branches and organizations aims to supplement the defense combat plan in accordance with the conditions and tasks of each branch in each period, meeting the requirements when war occurs.
