Dien Lam Commune People's Committee has focused on training staff and modernizing working equipment. Accordingly, all 26 officials and civil servants of the commune have university degrees and have political theory from intermediate level or higher. The offices are equipped with 30 computers, connected to the Internet, convenient for work management, meeting assigned work requirements, handling arising situations well, so there are very few complaints from the people, contributing to building an increasingly strong government.

Dien Lam Commune People's Committee improves the quality of activities of cadres and civil servants

Mr. Ta Thanh Hao - Chairman of Dien Lam Commune People's Committee said: "The commune's staff is arranged to work according to their capacity, according to the training plan, clearly defining the functions and tasks of each person. Along with that, there is the development of working regulations, clear assignment of tasks, and at the same time, there is an assessment of capacity and level of work completion on a weekly and monthly basis, thanks to which the quality of work of civil servants is increasingly improved".

For Dien Thinh commune, right after the Party Congress, the People's Committee of the commune has developed and issued 12 programs and projects to implement the Party Congress Resolution in all fields, and at the same time implemented many incentive mechanisms, creating positive changes in many fields. Mr. Cao Hieu - Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Thinh commune said: To implement the Party Congress Resolution, the People's Committee of the commune has issued projects and plans to organize implementation, assign specific responsibilities to sectors and evaluate the implementation results monthly and quarterly. In addition, thanks to good propaganda work, the awareness of the people and cadres has been raised, thereby quickly resolving all tasks.

Through the concretization of the Resolution of the District Party Congress, Dien Chau has implemented many solutions such as reforming the administrative apparatus, innovating and improving the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees, and modernizing the administration. Thanks to that, out of 842 commune-level cadres and civil servants, 630 have university or college degrees, accounting for nearly 75%, the proportion of cadres and civil servants with intermediate or graduate political theory degrees accounts for 72%.

Along with that, Dien Chau has rotated 110 commune officials in sensitive positions; 39 communes have one-stop transaction centers invested with modern equipment and built regulations and clearly assigned tasks in the government apparatus. Thanks to that, it has created trust and consensus among the people, contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks set forth in the Resolution of the District Party Congress.
