Dien Chau: Another tragic railway traffic accident

At the above time, train TN 11 traveling from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City was running through the level crossing at km 267 + 500 in Dien Truong commune, Dien Chau district when it hit a pedestrian crossing the level crossing to get to National Highway 1A. The collision was quite strong, causing the victim to be thrown 50 meters onto Highway 1A and died on the spot. After discovering the accident, the train stopped urgently and handed over the body to the local authorities for burial.

The victim was later identified as Nguyen The Dai (born in 1987), a permanent resident of Hamlet 6, Dien Doai Commune, Dien Chau. It is known that the victim's circumstances were extremely difficult. Previously, on the morning of the first day of Tet, his mother passed away after a serious illness. Today, on the way to catch a bus to the South to work, he had an accident.
