Witnesses to the incident said that at the time, the truck with license plate 37S-0200 was traveling in the direction of Vinh - Hanoi, when it reached Hamlet 13 Dien Thinh, it suddenly lost control and overturned onto the road.

The incident caused more than 200 cases of Huda beer in the back of the truck to spill out onto the road and be damaged. Fortunately, the driver only suffered minor injuries in the accident.
