Speaker Nick Vujicic comes to Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - Part of the program series“Shining Vietnamese Strength 2015 – Nick, you and me”, afternoon of March 24, 2015,Nick Vujicic, a speaker from the US, will give a speech at the Nghe An Provincial Labor Culture House with the theme “The spirit of serving others will build a united society and a strong nation”. The program is jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Newspaper and the Hoa Sen Group.
This is the third time speaker Nick Vujicic has visited Vietnam to talk and inspire the Vietnamese community with strong will to live.
The special feature of this year's program is the series of events held at many locations with many different audiences in Ho Chi Minh City, Nghe An and Lam Dong.
The program was broadcast live on Nghe An Radio and Television Station from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on March 24, 2015 and rebroadcast on 06 local Radio and Television Stations, including: Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue and Ninh Binh.

Nick Vujicic was born on December 4, 1982 in Melbourne, Australia and currently lives in the United States. Unlike other children, Nick was born with a deformed body, missing legs and arms. Since the age of 18 months, Nick was taught to swim by his father. At the age of 6, Nick became familiar with computers and now he can use his feet to type at a speed of 43 words per minute. He also learned to play soccer, swim and surf.
Nick started his speeches at the age of 17 in churches, and now, at the age of 26, he has traveled to 24 countries and given more than 1,600 public speeches.
At 23, he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in financial planning and accounting. Today, Nick is the President and CEO of the international organization Life Without Limbs, the director of Attitude Is Altitude, and one of the most inspirational and unique speakers on the planet.
The book "Life without limits" is Nick's first book about his efforts over the years. The book has been well received by millions of readers around the world and has now been translated and released in Vietnam.
The program "Shining Vietnamese Strength 2015 - Nick, you and me" includes the following activities: -On March 22, 2015, Nick returned to Vietnam and participated in a conversation with nearly 500 children in special circumstances in Ho Chi Minh City with the theme "You are beautiful as you are" at the Television Theater - Ho Chi Minh City Television, 14 Dinh Tien Hoang, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The program was broadcast live at 1:50 p.m. on HTV7 - Ho Chi Minh City Television. -At 6:30 p.m. on March 22, 2015, Nick Vujicic had a talk with students of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School, Ward 7, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. With the theme "Be a role model", the program brought students a talk about their choices, the journey on the path they paved themselves. -At 2:30 p.m. on March 23, 2015, Nick Vujicic gave a speech at Nursing Group 198, Da Lat city for many classes of people in Lam Dong province, including: people with disabilities, civil servants, students, laborers... with the topic "Purpose of life and the path to true happiness" - On March 24, 2015, Nick Vujicic gave a speech at the Nghe An Provincial Labor Culture House with the theme "The spirit of serving others will build a united society and a strong nation".
