Fire prevention drill for grassroots forces in Quynh Luu

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 16, in Quynh Luu district, Fire Police Department No. 4 coordinated with the provincial Fire Prevention and Rescue Training and Development Center to organize a fire prevention and rescue practice session for grassroots fire prevention and fighting forces in the area under their management.

After being trained on basic knowledge about organization, staffing, responsibilities, tasks of the grassroots fire prevention team; the role, position, principles, and nature of fire prevention work, more than 150 trainees who are owners of companies, businesses, shops and sales staff of petrol, oil, industrial explosives, liquefied petroleum gas businesses in Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Hoang Mai, Nghia Dan districts were instructed by staff of the provincial fire prevention and rescue training and development center on fire prevention and rescue practice. Accordingly, trainees will be introduced to automatic fire detectors, wall hydrants, using blankets to extinguish fixed fires and using powder extinguishers equipped on site to extinguish fires.

After being instructed by the center's staff, the students took turns practicing the above fire prevention and fighting contents.
