According to the hypothetical situation, at Xuan Thanh gas station, due to a customer violating fire prevention regulations by smoking in the office area, due to carelessness, the cigarette fell into the trash can and caused a fire. After a short time, the fire developed into a large fire, spread to neighboring areas and had the potential to cause an explosion, seriously threatening the lives of staff at the gas station and property in the area.
