Adjusting the planning of 3 types of forests in Tan Ky and Quynh Luu districts

(Baonghean) - (Resolution No. 113/2013 dated December 13, 2013 at the 10th session of the Provincial People's Council (term XVI)

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Forest Protection and Development dated December 3, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 23/2006/ND-CP dated March 3, 2006 of the Government on the implementation of the Law on Forest Protection and Development;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 70/NQ-CP dated June 7, 2013 of the Government on land use planning until 2020 and the first 5-year land use plan (2011-2015) of Nghe An province;

Pursuant to Decision No. 186/2006/QD-TTg dated August 14, 2006 of the Prime Minister on promulgating regulations on forest management;

Pursuant to Decision 61/2005/QD-BNN dated October 12, 2005 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgating regulations on criteria for classifying protection forests;

Pursuant to Circular No. 34/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 10, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on regulations on criteria for identifying and classifying forests;

Pursuant to Circular No. 24/2009/TT-BNN dated May 5, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the conversion of planned protection forests and special-use forests into production forests and vice versa from planned production forests into protection forests and special-use forests after reviewing and re-planning 3 types of forests according to Directive No. 38/2005/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister;

Considering the proposal of the Provincial People's Committee in Submission No. 8338/TTr-UBND dated November 21, 2013;

Based on the Audit Report of the Economic - Budget Committee and opinions of the Provincial People's Council Delegates;

RESOLUTION:

Article 1.Adjusting the planning of 3 types of forests in Tan Ky district

The total forestry land area in Tan Ky district is: 37,244.8 ha, of which: special-use forest land area is: 0.0 ha; protection forest land area is: 6,846.7 ha and production forest land area is: 30,398.1 ha. Specifically as follows:

Article 2.Adjusting the planning of 3 types of forests in Quynh Luu district

The total forestry land area in Quynh Luu district is: 14,246.76 ha, of which: special-use forest land area is: 0.0 ha; protection forest land area is: 3,346.01 ha and production forest land area is: 10,900.75 ha. Specifically as follows:

Article 3. Implementation

Assign the Provincial People's Committee to implement this Resolution.

Article 4.Terms of enforcement

This Resolution was passed by the People's Council of Nghe An province (term XVI), 10th session on December 13, 2013 and takes effect 10 days after the date of passage.
