Adjusting the planning of 3 types of forests in Nghe An province
(Resolution No. 129/2014/NQ-HDND passed at the 11th session, term XVI, Provincial People's Council)
RESOLUTION:
Article 1.Adjusting the planning of 3 types of forests in Nghe An province with the following contents:
The total area of forestry land in Nghe An province after adjustment is 1,160,242.4 hectares, of which:
- Forestry land area planned for protection forest: 365,414.2 ha.
- Forestry land area planned for special use forests: 172,361.7 ha.
- Forestry land area planned for production forest: 622,466.5 ha.
Adjust specific planning in districts, cities and towns as follows:

Article 2.Implementing organization
Assign the Provincial People's Committee to implement this Resolution.
Article 3.Effective Date
This Resolution was passed by the 16th People's Council of Nghe An province, 11th session on July 16, 2014 and takes effect 10 days after the date of passage;
Abolish the following Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council: Resolution No. 174/2006/NQ-HDND dated December 15, 2006 approving the results of reviewing the planning of 3 types of forests in Nghe An province, Resolution No. 89/2013/NQ-HDND dated July 17, 2013 adjusting the planning of 3 types of forests in Ky Son district, Nghe An province and Resolution No. 113/2013/NQ-HDND dated December 13, 2013 approving the results of adjusting 3 types of forests in Tan Ky and Quynh Luu districts, Nghe An province.
