Adjusting the planning of 3 types of forests in Ky Son district, Nghe An province

(Baonghean) - (Resolution No. 89/2013/NQ-HDND, dated July 17, 2013 of the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVI, 9th session).

Article 1. Adjust the planning of 3 types of forests (special-use forests, protection forests and production forests) in Ky Son district as follows:

Article 2. Implementation

Assign the Provincial People's Committee to organize the implementation of this Resolution.

Article 3. Entry into force

This Resolution was passed by the 16th People's Council of Nghe An province, 9th session on July 17, 2013 and takes effect 10 days after the date of passage.
