The Prime Minister requested the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Management Board to notify ministries, branches and localities of the adjustment of the annual periodic restoration schedule of the Mausoleum and promptly inform them on the media so that domestic and foreign organizations and individuals know and coordinate implementation.
In previous years, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs stopped holding visits and memorial services for maintenance and renovation from September 4 to December 4.
Maintenance and restoration activities for the President’s Mausoleum and Memorial take place every year, usually after the National Day, lasting two to three months. During this time, tourist attractions in the Presidential Palace relic site such as the stilt house, fish pond, Xoai Street or Ho Chi Minh Museum remain open to visitors.
