Investigation into the cause of the explosion that left one person with both arms severed and dead
(Baonghean.vn) - A loud explosion came from a house reserved for clam farmers. People ran to find Chu Van Giap with both arms severed, and many items in the house were destroyed and damaged.
On the morning of December 24, Quynh Luu District Police are coordinating with relevant agencies and local authorities to examine the scene and investigate the cause of the explosion that killed one person in Tan Xuan village, Quynh Thuan commune (Quynh Luu).

According to initial information, at around 6:45 a.m. on December 24, an explosion occurred at the house reserved for clam farming workers of Mr. Tran Ngoc Hoang in Quynh Thuan commune.
When the surrounding people ran to the scene, they discovered that Chu Van Giap (born in 1984), from Hamlet 5, Quynh Dien Commune, residing in Son Hai Commune (Quynh Luu), had both arms severed; many items in the house were broken and damaged. Giap was quickly taken to the hospital for emergency treatment by the people, but died later.

Immediately after receiving the news, the Quynh Luu District Police force arrived at the scene to block off the scene for investigation. According to a district police leader, the unit is currently coordinating with relevant agencies to examine the scene, collect samples to verify the cause of the explosion, then conduct an investigation to draw a final conclusion of the incident.
