Investigating the cause of the explosion in Nghi Long commune

(Baonghean.vn) - Police are investigating the scene and the cause of the explosion that occurred in Nghi Long commune, Nghi Loc district.

Colonel Tran Sy Phang, Chief of Nghi Loc District Police, said that at 2:20 a.m. on November 5, an explosion occurred at the Nghi Long Commune People's Committee headquarters. The explosion site was a room on the second floor of a two-story building. The explosion damaged some items such as desks and chairs in the office and the door. The estimated damage was about 15 million VND.

Immediately after the explosion, Nghe An provincial police and Nghi Loc district police were present at Nghi Long commune to examine the scene and investigate the cause of the incident.

On November 5, 2013, activities at Nghi Long Commune People's Committee headquarters took place normally.
