Accordingly, civil servants are not allowed to participate in the management and operation of enterprises.

Thus, the Ministry of Industry and Trade affirmed that Mr. Quan's operation of a private enterprise is a violation of regulations.

On that basis, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has requested the Institute for Industrial Strategy and Policy Research to conduct a review, clarify the violations and consider disciplinary action against Mr. Ha Quoc Quan in accordance with regulations.

The Director of the Institute for Industrial Strategy and Policy Research has issued a decision to temporarily suspend Mr. Ha Quoc Quan from work for 15 days to focus on reviewing and clarifying violations and will consider disciplining Mr. Ha Quoc Quan according to regulations.

In addition, the Ministry of Industry and Trade also requested units within the Ministry to conduct inspections and reviews while strengthening personnel management. The Ministry of Industry and Trade's viewpoint is to strictly handle violations.
