According to the report of the Commune People's Committee, in 2 years (2015 and 2016) and the first 7 months of 2017, in the commune, there were 100 people working abroad out of 190 people as planned. The main markets are Japan, Korea, Russia, Australia...
According to Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune Nguyen Thuy Chinh, the current number of labor exports is mainly through free channels, with very few going through official channels.
The reason given by Mr. Chinh is the limitations in many aspects of state management, enterprises introduced by the district to the locality to recruit laborers to export to markets that people are bored with such as Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia; while people prefer to go to markets such as Korea, Japan, Australia, Russia, Thailand...
In the commune, there are 7 illegal residents in Korea, 5 of whom have returned home.
Regarding the implementation of some labor export policies, Mr. Le Xuan Tho - Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee said that, besides policies to support loans for labor export for the poor, near-poor, and policy families - subjects who rarely participate in labor export, other loan policies are still few and the procedures are cumbersome.

Ms. Lan also emphasized the need to pay attention to clarifying the legal basis for collectives and individuals who recruit workers in the commune, increase market research and reputable local businesses to recruit workers, not passively wait for businesses to come to them, limit free labor, and avoid risks./.
