(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, May 18, comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation received the Caravan Delegation of Xieng Khouang province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, led by comradeDuong-Chit Chan-Xay-Vang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Governor of Xieng Khouang Province as Head of the delegationto pay a courtesy visit on the occasion of the Delegation's visit to Nghe An for cultural and sports exchanges within the framework of the activities of "Vietnam - Laos Solidarity and Friendship Year 2012".
Receiving the delegation, on the side of Nghe An province, there was also comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of Party committees, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Provincial Party Secretary Phan Dinh Trac presented souvenirs to the delegation.
On behalf of the Delegation, comradeDuong-Chit Chan-Xay-Vang thanked the leaders of Nghe An province for the warm welcome and sent greetings from the leaders of Xieng Khouang province to the leaders of Nghe An province. The head of the delegation expressed his joy at being able to visit President Ho Chi Minh's hometown on the occasion of the 122nd anniversary of his birth and to participate in the cultural program contributing to the 2012 Sen Village Festival.
On behalf of the leaders and people of Nghe An province, comrade Phan Dinh Trac welcomed the Xieng Khouang Province Caravan to visit Nghe An and participate in the 2012 Lotus Village Festival. The Provincial Party Secretary announced a number of support programs from Nghe An for Xieng Khouang.
Also on this occasion,who gave each other souvenirsComrade Duong-Chit Chan-Xay-Vang invited comrade Phan Dinh Trac to visit Xieng Khouang to celebrate the "Vietnam - Laos Solidarity and Friendship Year 2012".
