(Baonghean) - On the morning of March 2, a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security led by Lieutenant General Bui Quang Ben - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister, went to Kim Lien Relic Site, Nam Dan to offer flowers and incense to the soul of President Ho Chi Minh. Welcoming and accompanying the delegation were comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of Nghe An Provincial Police.

Comrade Bui Quang Ben, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security, and delegates offered flowers at Kim Lien Relic Site.

At the Uncle Ho Memorial House in Kim Lien Relic Site, with a sincere heart and infinite gratitude for Uncle Ho's great contributions, comrade Bui Quang Ben and the delegation respectfully offered President Ho Chi Minh a fresh flower basket and fragrant incense sticks to commemorate the boundless merit of Uncle Ho - the national liberation hero, world cultural celebrity, founder and trainer of our Party and beloved father of the armed forces. The delegation visited Uncle Ho's paternal home, burned incense in memory and listened to an introduction about Uncle Ho's relatives and childhood.

Next, the delegation offered flowers and incense at the graves of Ha Thi Hy, Hoang Thi Loan and Nguyen Sinh Xin (Uncle Ho's grandmother, mother and younger brother).

During his visit to Nghe An, Deputy Minister Bui Quang Ben acknowledged and highly appreciated the attention of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, as well as departments, branches and organizations that have led, facilitated and helped Nghe An Provincial Police to successfully complete their tasks in 2012 and directed Nghe An Police to continue to promote their combined strength in ensuring security and order in the area in the coming time.
