(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 12, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Relic Site and visited Truong Bon Historical Relic Site.

Comrade Lo Mai Trinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee as Head of the delegation. Accompanying comrades were: Tran Van Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee; Mua A Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee and leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

Also this morning, the delegation visited and offered flowers and incense at Truong Bon Historical Site in My Son Commune, Do Luong District. In the sacred atmosphere, the leaders of Dien Bien and Nghe An provinces offered incense to pay their respects to the heroic martyrs who fell at Truong Bon fire coordinates during the resistance war against the US.
