The Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the sentiments and assistance of the Soviet Union to Vietnam in general, as well as between Ulyanovsk province - the homeland of the great Lenin and Nghe An - the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh - a world cultural celebrity in recent times.At the meeting, the Provincial Party Secretary discussed with the Ulyanovsk provincial government about the construction of the Square and statue of Uncle Ho next to Ho Chi Minh Avenue in Ulyanovsk.
On behalf of the Ulyanovsk provincial government, the Deputy Governor highly appreciated the cooperation between the two localities during the past time and wished for more sustainable cooperation, especially in areas where both sides have advantages. Hopefully, Nghe An will soon be a trade and tourism development partner of Ulyanovsk. Because Ulyanovsk has also developed strongly in recent years, has land potential, and currently has more than 650 Vietnamese people working, living and studying; Ulyanovsk will be a transit center for some types of goods from Vietnam to distribute to the region.
After exchanging and discussing, both sides wish to create a close and close solidarity and cooperation for mutual development.
