Comrade Tran Cong Duong - Member of the Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office received and worked with the delegation. Also attending were representatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs and officials of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

At the working session, the delegation heard about a number of issues in the organizational structure, implementation of professional functions and tasks; professional activities in advising the Provincial Party Committee leaders, coordination with the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Office in the general activities of the Party and Government.
The two delegations discussed a number of professional issues of mutual interest to the two offices.
On behalf of the delegation, comrade Buasom Dalavong thanked the leaders of Nghe An province for their warm welcome. Through these working sessions, the staff of Xieng Khouang provincial office gained experience and improved their professional skills to advise the leaders of Xieng Khouang province.

Comrade Tran Cong Duong, on behalf of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Office, welcomed and wished the delegation a successful working trip in Nghe An. Based on the premise of today's working session, he hoped that the two offices would have annual exchanges and mutual experiences, contributing to further fostering the friendship between Laos and Vietnam in general and Xieng Khouang and Nghe An provinces in particular.
