The delegation was led by Comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and Chairman of the Provincial Confederation of Labor, along with members of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and outstanding grassroots trade union officials of the Provincial Confederation of Labor.
Before the sacred image of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed their boundless gratitude and profound respect for the great ideology and exceptionally noble life of President Ho Chi Minh - the brilliant leader of the Vietnamese Revolution, the national liberation hero, and an outstanding cultural figure.

President Ho Chi Minh was not only the founder and mentor of our Party, but he also laid the theoretical and practical foundation for the establishment and development of the Vietnam Trade Union organization. He consistently paid attention to trade union work and the workers' movement, dedicating much time to visiting, speaking to, and guiding trade union work at factories, enterprises, and forestry farms. He personally signed the Decree promulgating the Law on Trade Unions, which clearly stated the purpose of the trade union organization: "The trade union must improve the lives of workers, raise the material and cultural living standards of the working class in particular and the people in general."
Before the revered image of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation respectfully reported on the important political event of the 20th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Trade Union, held under the motto "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development," reflecting the determination, dynamism, flexibility, and creativity of all cadres, civil servants, employees, and workers throughout the province.
In this solemn moment, the delegation pledged to build a strong working class and trade union organizations at all levels; to effectively fulfill their functions and duties in the new situation, focusing on representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; to build a team of trade union officials who are intelligent, courageous, dedicated, responsible, reputable, and possess good working methods. They also pledged to innovate propaganda and mobilization work; to enhance the political acumen, educational level, professional skills, industrial work style, and labor discipline of union members and workers; and to maintain close ties between the Party, the State, and the working class and workers.
The 20th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Trade Union, for the term 2025-2030, will take place over two days (December 7th and 8th), with the participation of 300 outstanding delegates representing nearly 150,000 workers, civil servants, and laborers.union membersProvincial Trade Union.
Earlier that morning, a delegation from the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor visited and offered incense at the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site – the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh.
