Offering a basket of fresh flowers to the soul of President Ho Chi Minh, the provincial leaders and delegates of the Provincial People's Council expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for his great contributions - the national liberation hero, outstanding cultural celebrity, and genius leader of the Vietnamese people.

President Ho Chi Minh has passed away, but his image will always live on in the mountains and rivers of Vietnam; his thoughts will always guide the Vietnamese revolution from one victory to another.

Representing the will and aspirations of the voters of the province, the delegates promise to unite, study and follow his moral example, strive, cultivate and train to be worthy representatives of the people, perform well the duties and powers of the Provincial People's Council according to the provisions of law, and contribute to making Nghe An soon become one of the prosperous provinces of the country as Uncle Ho always wished.

After the incense offering ceremony, the opening ceremony of the 4th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, will take place. The session will be held for 2.5 days (from December 7 to December 9, 2021) in Vinh city.

The 4th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, will focus on reviewing the results of implementing socio-economic, national defense and security tasks in 2021; Discussing tasks and solutions for 2022 and deciding on a number of other important tasks under the authority of the Provincial People's Council.

At this meeting, the Directors of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will answer questions on the following contents: Implementation of policies to support people, businesses and job creation for workers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Current situation, causes and solutions?; State management of natural resources and minerals in the province.
