National Assembly Delegation gives gifts to poor households in Chau Binh commune - Quy Chau

Chau Binh is a mountainous commune of Quy Chau district, located in a valley surrounded by many high mountains, the terrain gradually decreasing towards the east - south. The entire land of the commune is in the basin of the Nam Hat river. As a commune with complex terrain, over 3/4 of the area is mountainous land, divided by a dense network of rivers and streams, it is very difficult for economic and social development and exploitation of available potentials in the area. The population in Chau Binh commune is mainly Thai ethnic group, accounting for 85% of the commune's population. Therefore, the poverty rate is still high, although people's lives have improved a lot, there are still many households in difficulty.

On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, comrade Pham Van Tan informed the people about the socio-economic situation of the province in the past year, the policies of the Party and State for poor households; he also asked the poor households to share their thoughts, aspirations, proposals and recommendations with the Party and State so that poor households can soon escape poverty.

The ethnic people of Chau Binh commune are very excited and have absolute trust in the guidelines and policies of the Party and the State. Although the country is facing difficulties, the State always has policies to care for poor households, especially during holidays and Tet, the State as well as social organizations have gifts for poor households; many hunger eradication and poverty reduction programs, typically Program 135, Program 30A of the Government... The ethnic people of Chau Binh commune thank the attention of the Party and the State, the National Assembly Delegation, and hope that there will continue to be many programs and projects coming to poor communes, poor households, many social organizations, and many kind hearts to help the poor escape poverty soon.

Comrade Pham Van Tan, on behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, personally presented 15 gifts to 15 households in especially difficult circumstances, each gift worth 800,000 VND.
